Public booking allows even a non-registered user to create a booking for a company spot. An unregistered user is often an external person who has the ability to book with a specific organization.

Category settings

1. First you need to set the category as public. Click on the W icon in the top left corner, then click Spots, then select Edit from the menu of the selected category.

2. In the pop-up window that appears, click Set a public category. Then click the Save button.

3. Now you have the option to Copy the public link from the category menu, which you can paste onto your website or send to an unregistered colleague.

The second option is faster. Click on the icon next to the name of the organization. In the pop-up window, choose the category you wish to make public and click on Create a public link. Then copy it and send it to colleagues outside the organization.

Reservations can also be made by external colleagues

The link takes the user to your organization's page, where they can only see the categories you have set as public.

1. Firstly, the user clicks on a category and selects the desired spot on the next screen.

2. They select the day and time of the booking and add the name, email and optionally a note and telephone number.

3. After clicking on Book Now, the user will now wait to see if the booking has been approved and will be notified of the result by email.
