The term spot means, for example, a company car, a meeting room or a parking space. You can create a spot within a specific category - in the car category, the spot could be, for example, a Citröen Berlingo or an Audi A5.
1. In the top left menu, click W, then click Spots.
2. Click the plus icon in the bottom right.
3. Enter a name for the spot, a description, select a category, and upload an image to be seen on the calendar if needed. Then click Create.
