The social enterprise Ergotep, with approximately three hundred employees, focuses mainly on providing services for e-shops, building sales networks and creating incentive programs for employees. Its clients include both smaller companies as well as market leaders such as Hamé, ČSOB and Vileda. With this high volume of projects, its operation needs to run like a well-oiled machine.

„Whatspot makes it easier for us to check the availability of meeting rooms and company cars. We even found that we actually had more company cars than we really needed. We also found that it is easy to use, for example, to reserve parking spaces for client visits,“ said CEO Petr Herynek.

Interference during meetings was a problem

Whatspot arose from Ergotep's internal needs. Colleagues were interrupting meetings because they did not know if a meeting room was occupied or not. In addition to inappropriate disruption, there was also time pressure. With the company car fleet it was no different. It was difficult to follow who had borrowed or returned a vehicle. As Ergotep’s CEO mentioned, the system even highlighted that they had more cars than was actually needed. In addition, Whatspot is also used to reserve parking spaces. So it really was born out of the practical need for a sophisticated tool that could support booking corporate resources.

Whatspot turned out to be the right solution

These real problems therefore needed to be solved. So Ergotep decided to invest both time and money in an online reservation system that could relieve them of all these inconveniences. And this has worked. An application has been created that everyone has learned to use and control. And it is precisely this clear and simple functionality that makes Whatspot so exceptional. At first Ergotep tried other tools, but none of them met its requirements.

“Creating an internal system with its own brand, graphics and other functions was not straightforward, but in the end everything has worked out. It was fun to watch my colleagues grow, many of them developing an indescribable relationship with Whatspot. Of course, there were a number of obstacles along the way, but none of them were so great that we couldn’t constantly improve the application. Ergotep is currently one of the companies that uses our online booking system and they cannot praise it enough," says product manager Marek Lustyk.
